Good morning ladies!  It's getting closer to the wknd- YEAH!!  Heading to the rodeo tonight to see Sugarland and then it's Janet Jackson tomorrow!

B: protein shake
S: yogurt
L: leftover pasta salad
D: BBQ

I so have got to get back on track -eating and choices have been horrendous since last Friday -  just eating everying............bread -  can't get enough bread.........sent my sugar climbing - finally caught up with me

todays plan...............make a plan.............

got turkey & cheese here at work  for lunches....for a week or so.. -  so no excuses
green tea in fridge to suck up-- trying for 100 oz each day... :)     need a boat soon.

Payday today and tomorrow - need to head to store for more of a variety....I think

  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.
