Good morning!  It's Wednesday and I think I can see the weekend appoaching!!!!  So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Plan:
Exercise: Elliptical (already done but might do it again tonight??)
B: yogurt
L: poblano soup with chicken
D: Tilapia and half a sweet potato
S: WW ice cream cone

L: flat bread sandwich/fruit(meeting)
D: chicken salad

Here's what I'm having:

120+ oz. liquids
B: protein latte
L: chef salad w/ FF dressing
D: sweet potato fries (baked) and a pork taco
S: sf choc/pb2 pudding and a few Kellogg's cracker chips

I rode my bike today and lifted arm weights and did 250 crunches.  I already took all vits and supplements.
