updating profile

Hello everyone! I am new to the support group, and I am trying to change some things on my profile, picture, city, and dr. it wont let me, can yall help?!?

Welcome! You should be able to go to "my account" at the top of the page, then Settings and Profile and Manage features. From there the change avatar should be right under your picture on the left (or where the pic goes)
