Good morning!  It's Tuesday so that means TAKS testing for us at work.  Going to be a long day... just hope they all finish before 3:00!  So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Plan:
Exercise: Elliptical
B: Hot SF Apple Cider and yogurt
L: 3 pieces of salmon sushi
D: Tilapia and half a sweet potato
S: WW ice cream cone

Good morning...here's my plan for the day:

120+ oz. liquids

Already did elliptical and took vits/supplements other than calcium.

B: protein latte
L: leftover beef/veggie tortellini soup and something to go with it since there's not a full serving left
D: leftover Mexican layered casserole
S: sf choc/pb2 pudding

Good morning ladies!  Getting ready for a busy day.  Heading out to New Caney to visit a shop I buy from regularly and will be out there till well after lunch.  Have sooo much to do at the office already and just gonna get further behind!
