Daily Plate Monday
Good morning! It's Monday and time to get the week started!!! I had planned on doing the elliptical in the mornings before work but last night I did it before bed and I slept so good!!! So I'm thinking I might change my plans and do it in the evening??? We'll see. So what are your plans today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!
Plan:
Exercise: Elliptical
B: Believe RTD
L: 4 pieces of salmon sushi
D: Tilapia and half a sweet potato
S: WW ice cream cone

I already climbed on my elliptical this morning. Kudos to you to have energy for it on a weekday after work! I'd probably NOT get on it. I can survive a walk or my bike after work, but am wiped out so many days. I need to crack open my Zumba dvd's. Hubby is home now and I'm not doing it with an audience. He'd be wanting to "watch" and I'd just get mad and choke him. I guess I'll have to do it when home alone, especiallly the first time with new dances.
My plan for today:
120+ oz. liquids
B: protein latte
S: Unjury chicken drink
L: Beef tortellini veggie soup
D: Peppercorn pork tenderloin w/ veggies (cooked in crockpot)
S: sf pudding or greek yogurt
Took all vits/supplements already.

Plan? I know - I know - I need to plan better - but I didn't GO to Walmart - just didn't do it...
My bad - but I will have to go tonight or I'll be in serious trouble..
The weekend was GREAT - the choices I made......SUCKED ! My choice and the scale - rejoiced this morning..........yes - it won......NOT ME ! :(
B: Coffee - breakfast burrito 3/4 of it Braums...
Lunch: Dont' have a clue - moving cars around - russian roulette with vehs - is often what I do on lunch breaks..........
Snack - excercise room at work !!
Where is Jullian when I need her.
Dinner: Working OT - Walmart trip...........probably turkey & cheese rollups.... veggie of some sort....salad.???
