On vacation this week and heading to Galveston in a later today for 5 day cruise so will not be on a my normal routine.

Good afternoon ladies! Grocery shopping- check! Walking doggies-check! Might go do some shopping at JC Penneys later but for now it's R & R!

L: leftover baked chicken lasagna
D: hubs is making crock pot rabbit stew- YUCKO!!! will have a bite but will probably be eating a Healthy Choice entree.

about 100 oz. liquids so far
B: protein latte
L: cream of poblano soup w/ chicken
S: 12 turkey pepperoni's, 1 oz mozzarella w/ It. ham and a few Kellog's low calorie crackers & 1 sf,pb2 oatmeal choc cookie
D: Mexican casserole made w/ lowfat gr. beef and low carb/low fat tortillas
Rode my bike today for exercise. Took all my vits and supplements.
