Good morning!   I've got an early meeting today and then have to work late so it will be a long day!!  Hubby is also home sick... so much for "I don't get sick"!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
B: 3 mini quiche bites
L: Indian summer soup and cornbread
D: Tilapia and half a sweet potato
Snacks: WW ice cream cone

Good morning Paige!  Today is our month end at work so it'll be a long one for me as well....ughhh!!  The weather is crappy!  I got the dogs all ready for their walk, went outside and nothing but drizzle!!!  Not walking in that mess!  Sorry girls!

D: leftover spaghetti

D: Steak / veggie / potatoes
S: Frozen banana slices / 100 - 200 cal snacks
