Good morning!  My company just left to head back to Dallas and Livingston!  I love my girls and so glad they were able to come for  a few days!!!  Just plan on spending today doing laundry and relaxing a bit... sounds like I've got another kiddo coming down with the crud!!!  It's back to work tomorrow as it is our bad weather make up day.  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!! 

Plan:  Treadmill 3-5 miles
B: jelly donut  (a rare treat this morning)
L:  French onion soup
D: flounder and green beans
Snacks:  WW ice cream cone

Good morning,

Hope you had a good time visiting with friends.  I don't have much planned today need to do some grocery shopping.  Don't have much of a food plan

Good afternoon/evening ladies!  Sorry I'm so late posting but I've been super busy today working in the yard!   Paige, great meeting yesterday!  It was good seeing Stephanie & Jodie there as well as the usuals(Karla/Haleh/Barbara).

B: scrambled egg w/ ham, rotel & shredded cheese
L: tuna salad w/ 5 ritz crackers
S: small tossed salad w/ italian dressing
D: hubs is grillin chicken, asparagus & au gratin potatoes

Yesterday was no a day for planning although I managed to have things like Tzaziki and Hummus, but cake and ice cream for a baby shower........Today is a renewal day, Even my system was screaming for cleansing.

burger, swiss, mushrooms (1/2 tortilla)
3 or 4 pieces melon and pineapple

probably frozen fish dinner for dinner, or a protein shake.

Tomorrow will require better planning........
