Good morning! My company just left to head back to Dallas and Livingston! I love my girls and so glad they were able to come for a few days!!! Just plan on spending today doing laundry and relaxing a bit... sounds like I've got another kiddo coming down with the crud!!! It's back to work tomorrow as it is our bad weather make up day. So what are your plans for today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!
Plan: Treadmill 3-5 miles
B: jelly donut (a rare treat this morning)
L: French onion soup
D: flounder and green beans
Snacks: WW ice cream cone

Hope you had a good time visiting with friends. I don't have much planned today need to do some grocery shopping. Don't have much of a food plan

D: hubs is grillin chicken, asparagus & au gratin potatoes
