Good morning!  We have friends here this weekend so I don't really know what my plan is for today, so I'm just going to try to make good choices along the way.   So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Enjoy your visit with your friends.

I am going to be running around today and going to my nephews birthday party so no real food plan today:

Goals for today 

1. 64 oz of water
2. Take vitamins
3. Good food choices
4. Only a couple of bites of cake / ice cream

Good afternoon/evening ladies!  Late posting but I've been busy today.

B: 2 scrambled eggs w/ shredded cheese
S: 1/2 caramel machiato w/ soymilk
L: tuna salad w/ 5 ritz crackers
D: Pappadeaux!!!  Have no clue what I'm eating
