Good morning. I'm happy that the weekend will be here soon too. My Mainstayer group weekend is always exciting! I hope I don't OD on SBUX over the next several days. I'm not used to having access to it so many days in a row.
Here's my plan for today:
B: protein latte...yes
added sf vanilla iced coffee from McDonald's
L: chef salad...yes
D: something from the freezer...not sure what yet...low fat chicken salad and 2 crackers
S: something w/ protein???
+ 120 oz. or more liquids...not quite there yet
Already did elliptical this morning, even though I didn't want to...
Took my vits and supplements.

Feel your pain having been to Atlanta last weekend. SB's were very convenient places to "pause for the cause" when I was on long trip home yesterday. Take a "pause" get a fresh cup. Feel withdrawal coming on today I had so much yesterday.
Breakfast was normal poached egg and ham. Lunch and dinner are undecided as of yet. Mainly because my cupboard is bare. No protein bars today. Had enough of them yesterday.
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
Monday is a holiday so I am looking forward to the weekend as well.
