Good morning!!!!  It's Friday and that always makes it a good day!!!  I've got my Mainstayer support group tomorrow and friends coming from out of town so I'm very excited about the weekend!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:  Treadmill 3-5 miles
B:  Believe RTD
L: soup
D:??  going out to eat but not sure where
Snacks:  WW ice cream cone

Good morning!  I will be at a conference in Huntsville today, so that makes for a nice break from the normal work day.  Woohoo!

I'm excited about the weekend too...

My plan for today:
120+ oz. liquids
B: protein latte
S: SBUX skinny decaf cinnamon dolce latte
L: bbq beef and beans and a couple of bites of potato salad
D: crockpot creamy pork chops
S: greek yogurt or lt. yogurt

rode bike for 20 minutes this morning and plan on walking at least 2 miles at the park this afternoon after work.

I took my vits and supplements.
