My plan for today:
120+ oz. liquids
B: protein latte
S: SBUX skinny decaf cinnamon dolce latte
L: bbq beef and beans and a couple of bites of potato salad
D: crockpot creamy pork chops
S: greek yogurt or lt. yogurt
rode bike for 20 minutes this morning and plan on walking at least 2 miles at the park this afternoon after work.
I took my vits and supplements.
