Good morning. Great minds think alike Paige...seems a few of us have the same thoughts too often...might be kinda scary. I had already planned my meals and grabbed lunch out of the freezer and have it ready to go...here's my plan:
120+ oz. liquids
B: protein latte
L: Tijuana pie
D: tilapia or flounder and roasted sweet potatoes
S: 1 choc/oatmeal/pb2 sf/lf cookie and some greek yogurt ranch dip and a few Kellog's seasalt cracker chips
Rode bike 30 minutes this morning and took vits and supplements other than calcium.

Good Morning! Have dropped 4lbs since sun...boy those hormones did a number on me!! only ate 1/2 of what I posted to eat and have a grouchy pouch today! I must remember NOT to eat reheated asian food...got soooo sick from it last night!! So today:
