Good morning!  I hope everyone is enjoying the weather!!  Only in Texas is it below freezing one day and 70 the next!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Plan:
B: Believe RTD
L: chicken enchilada soup
D: Tilapia and half a sweet potato
Snacks: greek yogurt, WW ice cream cone

Good morning. The weather is a little challenging sometimes at this time of year. It's hard to dress for 30's in the morning and 70's by afternoon.

My plan:

120+ oz. liquids...yes
B: protein latte...yes
L: chicken cauliflower chowder...yes
D: sour cream chicken...yes
S: greek yogurt or lf/ls yogurt...yes with a few Kellogs seasalt cracker crisps and a sf/lf choc/oatmeal/pb2 cookie

Already did elliptical this morning....added 250 crunches this afternoon
I took my vits and supplements except calcium....all done

B - scrambled eggs with bacon and cheese
L - leftover greek salad and gyro meat from yesterday's lunch
D - Tortilla soup out of my freezer (you know I need to go to the store when I start eating out of the freezer)

S - Just the Cheese crisps and no-sugar chocolate pudding

yeah!! Down 2lbs!So today:

sf cinnamon oatmeal
egg salad,bacon,tomato sammie...eaten at 2 sessions
pear
friut and raw veggies
2-3 oz cheese
leftover orange peel chicken

yall go out and make it a great day or fake it!!

Hello,

I don't' have a good food plan today

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast  (already eaten)
L: Mexican food - probably split chicken fajitas
D: ?????  - Dinner with SS class
S: 100 cal snack packs
