Good morning. The weather is a little challenging sometimes at this time of year. It's hard to dress for 30's in the morning and 70's by afternoon.
My plan:
120+ oz. liquids...yes
B: protein latte...yes
L: chicken cauliflower chowder...yes
D: sour cream chicken...yes
S: greek yogurt or lf/ls yogurt...yes with a few Kellogs seasalt cracker crisps and a sf/lf choc/oatmeal/pb2 cookie
Already did elliptical this morning....added 250 crunches this afternoon
I took my vits and supplements except calcium....all done
