Good morning!  Thanks Deborah for keeping the thread going this weekend for me!!  I literally came home Friday from work and went to bed... I pretty much stayed there until this morning!  I'm glad to report that I feel much better!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Plan:
B: Believe RTD
L: Soup
D: fish or soup... depends on how I feel
Snacks:???

yeah I know it's a pretty sketchy plan but nothing sounds good this morning!

Good morning.  I'm so glad you are better Paige.  I'm looking forward to seeing you and Deborah at Mainstayers Saturday.  I hope plenty of others join us too.

My plan for today:
120+ oz. liquids
B: protein latte
L: chef salad w/ light dressing
D: beef/veggie/quinoa stir fry
S: greek yogurt or lt. yogurt

Exercise: walk/run at park on way home from work
took vits and supplements already.

Ok need to drop 5 lbs so going to start posting what I will eat here so I have a plan and stick to it!

Yogurt and protein bagel
egg salad on organic multi grain bread with tomato and bacon
celery & peanut butter
pear
dinner at Royal Chopstick-steamed dumpling,spring oll,orange chicken

sf candy from my beautiful pink silk heart box from The Sweet Shop!!

I am coughing my head off this morning.

B - 2 boiled eggs
L - have canned ravioli but I really want chicken soup. I wonder where the nearest Chik Filet is?
D - Probably a Cabana Bowl from Taco Cabana

S - I have a supply of Just the Cheese crisps

 Back to work after a beautiful weekend.

B: high protein/calcium bread, yogurt w/ sf cherry pie filling
L: leftover turkey roast, a little cheese
D: curry chicken
Need a little more protein so will do a shake this evening.

I'm trying to lose that 10 pounds I've gained. I've lost 5, but I still have 5 more to go.

D: Homemade spring roll
S: One more protien drink

Will I survive!!!!! It seems to be working so far. But I'm not fun to be around.
