I've got too much on my plate. Too busy or maybe just being lazy. I'm in a "funk." My food and exercise has been sloppy and I seriously need to get it together.

I am tired of this cold weather as well, ready for some warmer weather. I had a bad food day yesterday, the snack monster really did a number on me last night but today is a new day.
My plan for today:
B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: chicken breast with pepper jack cheese / mash pototoes
D: Going out - probably chicken something
S: Banana slices / 100 cal pack
