Good morning!!!   The weekend is almost here and all I want to do is sleep!!!!  I'm so over this cold weather...at least the forecast is looking promising!!!  So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

D: soup
Snacks??

Again not much of a plan but I guess it's a start....

My plan (not well thought out yet):
120+ oz. of liquids
B: protein latte
L: soup or salad
D: fish and veggie  or soup

will exercise after work today

took vits and supplements

Good Morning Daily Plate Pals,

I've got too much on my plate.  Too busy  or maybe just being lazy.  I'm in a "funk." My food and exercise has been sloppy and I seriously need to get it together.

What is it?  The weather? Stress? Work? -- All those things put together?  Ya, maybe.

Anyhow...today's plan:
- Connect w/ HP
- Log food & activity
- OA Meeting
- Healthy food choices, planned eating
- Trip to grocery store
- WLS support

Good morning,

I am tired of this cold weather as well, ready for some warmer weather.  I had a bad food day yesterday, the snack monster really did a number on me last night but today is a new day.

My plan for today:


B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: chicken breast with pepper jack cheese / mash pototoes
D: Going out - probably chicken something
S: Banana slices / 100 cal pack

64 oz of water
