B: protein shake(Gold Standard Whey Vanilla mixed w/ frozen bananas/strawberries & soymilk). I usually drink this or Gold Standard Whey Chocolate mixed with Clic**** & soymilk). This protein is by far my favorite though.

D: high pro/lower carb dip, Kellog's sea salt chips and Ranch dip made with Greek non-fat yogurt
Already did elliptical this morning.
