Good morning!  Trying to brace myself for the cold front coming in today.  I am so ready for Spring!!!  So what's your plan for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
B: Believe RTD
L: tortilla soup
D: fish and veggie
snacks: BBQ popchips, ww ice cream cone

Good morning. Looks like cold weather food will be needed later today for sure...

My plan:
120+ oz. of liquids...getting close
B: protein latte...yes
L: beef enchilada soup...yes
D: fish and salad w/ ff or lf dressing...had 1/2 slice meatloaf and 1 oz. peanuts
S: greek yogurt or regular lt. yogurt or cottage cheese...greek yogurt

Already did elliptical...will do crunches when I get home...forgot the crunches...oops
Took vits and supplements this morning....all done including calcium

Good Evening ladies!  Here's how my day went.

B: protein shake
S: Activia yogurt
L: 2 hot chicken tenders w/side salad(went to lunch with co workers)
D: 2 hot chicken tenders(couldn't let them go to waste)
S: might have some hot chocolate

 
(5 lbs lost during pre op diet)     5' 3"
