Good morning!!!  Today my baby turns 10!!  Wow how time flies!  So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
B: believe RTD
L: Tortilla soup
D: 1 slice of pizza
Snacks: small piece of cheesecake

Good morning. Happy birthday to Hannah! Obviously cheesecake must be her birthday choice. She's a smart girl!

My plan for today:
120+ oz. liquids...nowhere close, but have 72 oz. in so far
B: protein latte...yes
L: chicken /butternut squash couscou...yes
D: not sure...something from the freezer that's already cooked...beef veggie and tortellini soup


Already rode my bike this morning. I'll do crunches when I get home.
took vits/supplements already but calcium....all done
