Good morning!!!  Had a great relaxing (long) weekend and now it's time to get the week started!  So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
Exercise: 3-5 miles on the treadmill
B: Click or SF apple cider
L: Chicken and barley soup
D: parm tilapia and veggie
Snacks: ww ice cream cone, greek yogurt

Good morning! I had a great long relaxing weekend too and hate to see it end, but I guess we have to get back to reality...WORK!

My plan for today:
120+ oz. liquids...will be over by the time I eat dinner
B: protein latte...yes
L: leftover chicken/cabbage stir fry...yes
D: flounder and veggie...will do in an hour
S: greek yogurt or apple/cottage cheese bake...yogurt w/ cinnamon and splenda wins out

I did elliptical already. I plan on cleaning the floors and doing crunches when I get home today. Did elliptical and vacuumed and mopped. That was enough!

Took vits and supplements except calcium already.....all done

I ate some greek yogurt for lunch yesterday (just the plain nonfat kind) by Dannon and loved it. The first of it I bought had fruit in it and was grainy; this wasn't...I need to find somewhere that sells big containers.

It will be a hot fluids and hot soup day headed to pharmacy shortly for lozenges and nyquil flu and cold. Have no voice and coughing. Boss had thought her was allergies and grand showed up with sore throat sat night and woke up w/sore throat and no voice sun!!

Damn I am tired of missing work but it is going around and I can't call customers if i have no voice and my nose is a spigot!!
