Good morning!!!  Not really so hot this morning... hope I can shake this off today because I've got a long week coming up.  So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
Exercise: 3-5 miles on the treadmill
B: Click or SF apple cider
L: Chicken tortilla soup
D: parm tilapia
Snacks: ww ice cream cone

My plan for today:
120+ oz. liquids
B: protein latte
L: turkey pepperoni and 1 oz. cheese
D: chili and some dip (lf/high protein) and couple of crackers
at superbowl party

will ride my bike this afternoon
took vits/supplements
