SNOWY FRIDAY WLS EXPRESS

GOOD MORNING! It looks like we've got 2-4 inches of snow around here, depending on where you are. There will be a snowball fight in the outside car and for those faint of heart, there is a car with hot drinks, warm fuzzy socks, and Snuggies for all! ALL ABOARD!

Its day 4 of being home from school for Chris. I telework on Friday's so despite the fact my office will probably be closed, I will have to work. That's okay though because I have been working all week anyway. Not alot, but enough to get caught up. I've got some things to do today as well. I want to get out in the snow and play a bit too.

My office was open yesterday at 1 but I didn't see the point in driving in the ice for just 2 1/2 hours of work. Chris and I did get out for a while and I saw my chiro yesterday. I was the only one there!

Bryan had to go to work-waiting to hear from him that he got there safely.

Morning, from the looks outside about 6 inches here, yeah on top of all that lovely ice.  Tues and Wed our offices were closed, but yesterday our boss let us stay home if we worked.  Last night lol she emailed us with the same option, but somehow I have a feeling we will be closed.  At least I can do most of my job from work.  Hmmm maybe this proves we can work from home.  Yeah I forsee myself out in this for a few, as I love snow and it is pretty.

At least the hubby got me out yesterday since he went to work, and well we did stock up on breakfast stuff and I got a new nice warm pair of pj pants.  Everyone else stay safe and if you have to go out, layer up and enjoy the beauty.  Once the sun comes up I will be taking pictures.

For the most part We are closed and have a whole .5 inches of snow and a whole lot of ice. 

I am much better after my 3rd stroke, but can't go to rehab because stupid SSA "made a mistake" and cut off my SSI and Medicare.   Now I have to appeal and wait for them to reinstate me.  I WILL be contacting a lawyer to see if there is anything I can do about this.  With this "mistake" I lost almost $500 in bank charges from automatic payments and overdraft and I think SSA needs to reimpurse me for that!!  JACKWAGONS!!

I have gone back to nervous eating and have gained 3-4 pounds. I was almost 220 lbs, now back up to 225.  The horrors!!

I hope everyone has a safe day and don't venture out until after 12pm.

GEEZ!!!! As of now we will open at noon!! Can you believe it! I will call the hotline number before I leave to head over to the mal to double check!! I am going to go shower and put nightie back on...just in case! Please be careful if you venture out!!

Have to venture out to get paid and if I can make it to Corsicana.  That part may have to wait.  Put on a pork roast last night before going to bed so I'm pretty well set to shelter in place.

I think I will be in the car with the hot drinks and warm socks.

The snow is pretty but glad I don't have to get out in it but I am ready for it to warm up.

We normally go out to dinner on Friday nights not sure if we will tonight but hope we do since I have not left this house in 4 days.

Good morning.  Home for our fake "snow" day which here is only a sheet of ice on the car and porch railing that I can see.

I'm planning on exercising, cleaning and working on income taxes.  The morning is already flying by since I slept in.
