Good morning!!!  Hope everyone is staying warm!  We are enjoying a " the weather man got it wrong" day off from work/school here in Houston.  My kids are going to be so disappointed when they get up this morning!!!  We got no snow, no ice...no nothing!!!!  So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
Exercise:  Winter Blast 2011 10k (on my treadmill)
B: Click
L: Broc/cheese soup
D: 15 bean and ham soup/cornbread
Snacks: BBQ popchips, ww ice cream cone

 Good Morning Accountability Pals,

No snow on my front yard, just a block of ice!  Darn!! I was hoping to get some good pictures of Vivian in the snow for Grandparents this morning.  -- I'm sure weather guys are getting some nasty emails this morning.

Plan for today:
- Connect w/ HP
- Vitamins
- Up water intake
- Work from home
- Pay bills
- Tea w/ Vivian
- Movie, maybe a good drama - I'll pay per view for the sake of staying in.

Good morning ladies!   Had no idea if we were going to be off or not, had to call a 1800# and it said office personnel would need to report no later than 2pm.....ok, office personnel only works till 5pm....does this make sense???

We did get snow and it looks pretty but I am ready for the cold snap to go away.


My plan for today

B: Ham and cheese omelet / Toast
L: Chicken salad or taco soup
D: not sure yet
S: Banana slices / 100 - 200 cal snack

Good morning. I got a really late start due to sleeping in since it was a fake "snow" day here.

My plan for today:

120+ oz. liquids...yes
B: protein latte...yes
L: salad with shrimp or chicken and ff/no calorie WF dressing...chicken won out
D: Beef tortellini soup...yes
S: sf pudding w/ protein...made and will eat after while

getting on elliptical in a bit and will do weights and crunches...did elliptical 30 minutes, 10 minutes on bike, 250 crunches and arm workout with weights

took vits and supplements...just need calcium later...all done
