Good morning!!!  Hope everyone is staying warm!  I feel like today should be Sunday since we had yesterday off!! Enjoyed a lazy day at home snuggled up in front of the fireplace!  So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
Exercise: 3-5 miles on the treadmill

L: soup
D: fish and veggie
Snacks: BBQ popchips, ww ice cream cone

Good morning. I've been staying warm but will venture out to Walmart in a little bit and then walk / run my 5K at the park on the way home. I have lots to keep me busy at home when I get back.

My plan for today:
120+ oz. liquids...yes
B: protein latte...yes
L: cream of poblano soup w/ chicken...yes
D: cabbage slaw/chicken stir fry - asian style...yes
S: apple cottage cheese bake or choc. protein pudding...will eat later

will exercise w/ walk/run at park...did a 5K at the city park
have taken vits and supplements except calcium...all done
