Yeah I know it's only Wednesday night but I'm going to have to be at work early so I didn't want to be rushed in the morning getting this out!!!  Hope everyone stays safe and warm today!!!  So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Good morning. Here's my plan for this cold winter day:

120+ oz. liquids...working on it
B: protein latte...yes
L: beef/barley soup...yes
S: few bites shower cake, 3 small crackers and cheese ball
D: fish and veggie...yes
S: apple cottage cheese cake or protein pudding if I make it today...not sure yet

Elliptical done and crunches/weights when I get home...rode elliptical and then rode bike when I got home.

vits and supplements in ...just need calcium later...all done

L: Taco Soup

D: Steak / mixed veggies / potatoes

S: Frozen banana slices / 100 – 200 calorie snack

Good Morning Ladies,

Its is COLD and this weather makes me want to seek comfort in food.  Let's face it, I'll use any excuse.  You're looking at a true Food Addict/COE.

Anyhow today's plan is:
- Prayer & Meditation
- Take my Vitamins
- Up my water intake
- Healthy food choices / Planned eating
- Keep things simple
- Stay warm

Good morning ladies!  Been eating quite a few frozen dinners cause it's too cold to go out and get lunch but I've actually liked the taste of them.

 Coffee, coffee, and more coffee
B: greek yogurt with fruit and tsp of raspberry SF jello and a slice of High protein/calcium bread
Lunch: Shelly's curry chicken salad
Dinner: grilled eggplant layered with leftover chicken and a little cheese.

I need to stay warm!
