Good morning!!!  Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr it's cold out!!  My goal today is just to stay warm!!  So bundle up if you have to venture out today... maybe a few of you lucky ones will get to stay home today!!  So what's your plan for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Brrrrrr is right!  I thought it was cold yesterday when I left work but that was nothing compared to this morning!

Good morning. The weather is cold. It is about 19 or 20 here. I'll see when I crank up the car this morning. Planning on bundling up. I need to hit Walmart for some sf apple cider today. I forgot to go to the store yesterday. It's sure looking like we might get an ice/snow day on Friday.

My plan for today:

120+ oz. liquids...still working on it
B: protein latte...yes
L: cream of poblano soup w/ chicken...yes
D: chipless nachos made w/ ff black beans, cheese and pulled pork...yes plus 3 prunes
S: apple cottage cheese bake...will eat later

Exercise: did elliptical and will do crunches when I get home...done
Took vits/supplements...done

It is cold here this morning and all the schools are closed again today.


My plan for today besides staying warm

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast

L: Chicken Pizza

D: Steak / mixed veggies / potatoes

S: Frozen banana slices / 100 – 200 calorie snack
