Snacks: BBQ popchips, WW ice cream cone

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
Here's my plan:
120+ oz. liquids...still have a little to go
B: protein latte...yes
L: frozen entree...have to grab out of freezer...tijuana pie
D: cream cheese chicken and veggie...just cream cheese chicken
S: cottage cheese apple stuff or WW keylime pudding...one cottage cheese apple bake
exercise: will do bike or Elliptical and crunches this afternoon...rode bike and did 225 crunches and lifted a little arm weights
took vits/supplements already...all done
