Good morning!! It's Tuesday and I'm praying that today is better then yesterday!!! Not looking forward to the cold front that is on it's way... I will be so happy to see Spring this year!!! So what are your plans today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

My plan for today:
120+ oz. liquids...getting close
B: protein latte...yes
L: chef salad w/ ff caesar dressing...yes
added 1 scoop click in 1 c water
D: fish and veggie...yes
S: ww key lime pudding...will eat later
Already did my elliptical this morning and will do crunches when I get home....all done
Took vits and supplements already....all done including calcium
