Good morning!!!  Yesterday was such a beautiful day... too bad it couldn't last through the weekend!!!  It's gloomy looking out today... and will probably be raining before long.   Need to go to the store this morning but other then that going to be a quiet day!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Plan:
Exercise: treadmill 3-5 miles
B: Believe RTD
L: french onion soup
snack: SF jello or pudding
D: Tilapia
Snacks:  WW ice cream cone,

Good morning. Yesterday was nice Paige. It's not looking sunny yet this morning. I don't guess I'll get a sunny walk in the park, but will get a cloudy one. At least it's not raining yet.

My plan:

120+ oz liquids...working on it...at close to 100 now.
B: protein latte...yes
L: beef/barley soup...yes
D: grilled chicken southwest salad...no Jack in the box was "OUT" so I came home and made another protein latte...more protein and way less calories
S: dip and Kellog's lf chips and tiny slice of apple cake (not frosted)

Exercise: 5 K at park...yes
took all vits/supplements but calcium...all done

  Having my sons 2nd bday party today.  So I Have been BBQing since 7 pm last night.  Cooked 2 briskets last night, have 4 racks of ribs on now, and will be putting 8 chickens on in about an hour.  Having around 50 people here today.  

Breakfast I had oatmeal
Lunch I will have meat of some kind
Dinner will be meat as well suprisingly. 

Snack will be a protien bar of some kind that I have here.

Good morning,

I don't have any plans today but the we have nice weather is in the forecast for the DFW area today so I might take the dogs for a walk,

My plan for today:

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast 
L: Chicken Salad / Chips
D: ??????/
S: Frozen banana slices / 100 cal snack pack

It's the weekend! Yeah....

B: 2 turkey bacon and scrambled egg sub/green peppers
S: SF Jello (will need to make some)
L: Roast beef or Turkey Rollup with laughing cow cheese or string cheese.
D: Either Mexican or Salmon...not quite sure.

And of course my Click!

It's almost lunch time and I need to finish my work so I can get the heck outta here!  I've been at work since around 8:30am getting ready for an audit on Tuesday.  I signed up for the Chevron Marathon tomorrow downtown and it looks like it's gonna be super crappy weather!  I will be meeting my coworker at her house at 5am, YES FREAKIN AM!!!!!  We are all taking company pics at 6:30am before the race starts......I MUST BE CRAZY!!!

Yeah it was crappy weather in Dallas when I did mine!!  It was 30 degrees and nasty!!!  But you will have a great time!!!!
