Good morning!!!  Yikes it's Sunday already!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Plan:
Exercise: treadmill 3-5 miles
B: Believe RTD
L: french onion soup
snack: SF jello or pudding
D: Tilapia
Snacks:  WW ice cream cone

Good morning. Here's my plan for today:

100+ oz. water...getting there, more to go
B: protein latte...yes
L: salad or pulled pork and navy beans...Southwest salad w/chicken won
D: cream cheese chicken and maybe veggie...will eat later
S: yogurt or cottage cheese...made cottage cheese/apple/spice bake in muffin cups for snacks

took vits and supplements already...all done
will climb on bike or elliptical at some point today...rode bike

B: Egg beater, 2 small biscuits, 1 slice of bacon, 1/2 sausage patty and a couple bites of pototoes
L: Going to crackle barrel for family function - will probably have chicken something

Yep, it's Sunday, but tomorrow is Monday and that is way too soon for me.

Plan:
B - just coffee cause I slept too late!
L - angus mushroom swiss wrap (no mayo) from McD's (removed 75% of tortilla, only enough to hold it). with SF/NF vanilla latte
S - Cheesestick and need to make sf jello
D - Salmon -- oops ended up being LC Garlic Chicken and creamed spinach..... :)

Good evening ladies!  Let's recap what I had today.

B: protein bar(in race bag)
S: trail mix (after race, samples)
L: chicken soup
S: more sample trail mix
D: fruit oatmeal from McDonalds

Bummer...tomorrow it's back to work!
