Here's my plan for today:

120+ oz liquids...yes
B: protein latte...yes
added McD's sf vanilla iced coffee

L: chicken butternut squash couscous...yes
D: beef/barley soup...going to eat in a few minutes
S: yogurt or cottage cheese...cottage cheese will be the winner

exercise: walk in park after wark or elliptical...went to park and walked 2 miles

have vits and supplements in but calcium...all done

Good morning!!!  We have made it through the week...well almost!!!   So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Plan:
Exercise: treadmill 3-5 miles
B: Believe RTD
L: leftover Summer Indian soup
D: Tilapia
Snacks:  coconut bar, BBQ popchips

S: Frozen banana slices / 100 – 200 calorie snack

Today was pretty successful. I don't believe I went off plan at all......crap, there were those 5 or 6 chips I had tonight but otherwise.

B: Eggbeater omelette with cheese and bell pepper.
S: Cottage cheese
L: Left over Pork Roast
S: Click
D: Grilled KFC Breast 1/2 green beans

S: Click...midnight snack......
