Daily Plate Thursday!!!
Good morning!!!! It's almost the weekend and that puts a smile on my face!!! Yesterday my oldest turned 12...WOW I have a preteen in the house now!!!! They grow up so fast!!! Okay so what's your plan for today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!
Plan:
Exercise: treadmill 3-5 miles
B: Believe RTD
L: Indian summer soup and cornbread
D: Teriyaki chicken
Snacks: WW ice cream cone, BBQ popchips

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
Here's my plan for today:
120+ oz. liquids...104 down, more to go
B: protein latte...yes and later Atkins shake...after the "lockdown" at Livingston HS I found the stress caused me to drink!
L: beef enchilada soup...yes
D: pulled pork and navy beans...will do pork and FF refried beans I want to try
S: yogurt or cottage cheese and maybe fruit...don't know the winner yet
already did elliptical this morning...crunches after work...yes, elliptical and 250 crunches
vits/supplements in but calcium already...all done

I seriously need to wake up earlier. Seems like i've been late to EVERYTHING this week. Yesterday, I didn't even make time to post.

Plan was all over the place today with frustrations....
B: planned on BK low carb, they even put home fries and greasy sauce on their breakfast wraps....had to scrape it off the salty egg. (Note to myself: make your own baggie omelet for work).
S- Yogurt
L - Roast Beef w/laughing cow cheese
S - turkey slice
D: Pork Ragu (only thing that turned out all day....just left the pasta off my bowl of pork.
Might make this a break day from jogging/treadmill. I walked at work......
