Good morning!!  The weekend is here!  Going elliptical shopping today and looking for some new tennis shoes!  Need to get back to my exercise routine.  I have good intentions everyday but that's about as far as I get!!!  So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one.

Plan:
Exercise- 3-5 miles
B: Click
L: Chicken and Barley soup
D: Mahi Mahi and veggie
S: WW ice cream cone

Good morning, 

I need to start back exercising myself.  I keep saying when the weather gets nice I am going to start back walking...

My plan for today

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: Tuna Salad / Crackers
D: Out somewhere - probably chicken something
S: Frozen banana slices / 100 - 150 cal snack

64 oz of water

figured I better try a plan:

cinnamon toast
yogurt w/tvp
fruit
chicksalad w/melba toast
proteinbar
hot dog w/cheese and bacon
ice cream sandwich sf of course

Good morning ladies!  Looks like it's gonna be a beautiful Saturday!  I can't decide if I wanna go to the Rodeo cook off today or not...

B: protein shake
L: tuna salad/crackers
S: brown cow yogurt(blueberry)
D: probably seafood!

I missed this post this morning since I was up and out early...here's what I've had:

close to 100 oz. liquids so far
B: protein latte
S: sf vanilla iced coffee
L: papa nachos and some chips/salsa
D: salad w/ ff/calorie free WF dressing, black beans/rice and sauteed bison steak w/ onion

S: sf/pb2/choc/oatmeal cookie, Greek Yogurt

Walked 2 miles at the park and did yard work 2 times today.

I took all vits/supplements.
