Good morning. Here is my plan for today:

120+ oz. liquids...104 in, more to go
B: McDonald's sf iced vanilla coffee or warm Click...both
L: chef salad w/ ff caesar dressing...yes
D: fish and veggie...yes, eating w
S: yogurt or cottage cheese w/ fruit...yogurt wins

Zumba class after work for exercise...yes for an hour

vits and supplements downed already...all in including calcium

Having issues with OH this morning.... just won't let me post!!   No plan today... will stop at Starbucks this morning then grab some soup after my meeting for lunch.  Today is my son's 12th birthday so we will be going out tonight.... probably mexican food!!!  Will be back on plan tomorrow!!  Thanks for getting things rolling this morning Karla!!!

I am had issues with OH this morning too.

My plan for today

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast with SF jelly

L: Tilapia / asparagus

D: Steak / mixed veggies / beans

S: Frozen banana slices / 100 – 200 calorie snack

Take vitamins
