Good morning!!!    Time to get the week started!  Why oh why does the weekend go so fast!!!  LOL  So what's your plan today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Plan:
Exercise: Treadmill 3-5 miles
B: Believe RTD
L: Chicken and Barley soup
D: Parm Tilapia and 3oz sweet pot fries
snacks: coconut bar, BBQ popchips, vanilla wafers, Sonic rt44

Good morning ladies! I agree Paige, the wknd goes by too darn quick!!! Got to get to the dentist today since I pulled my temp crown out yesterday on a few bites of popcorn! The woman said no gum or gummy foods.....well, I didn't think popcorn fell into that category! Heck, I didn't even get to enjoy my popcorn since I was only a handful into it...lol!

Does it make much difference if it's not a "plan"

B-Turkey sausage/1 egg/1 ounce cheese/pita
L- Steak pita from Jack
D- leftovers from dinner last night. 

S-Click and 1/2 coffee cake from sbux/split with dtr.

Should've stayed away from the coffee cake since dtr is suppose to stay away from sugar.  I was not very encouraging for her..........
