Good morning!!!    The week is under way and I have a feeling it's going to be a long one!!! So what's your plan today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Plan:
B: Believe RTD
L: French onion soup
D: Parm Tilapia and 3oz sweet pot fries
snacks: coconut bar, BBQ popchips, vanilla wafers, Sonic rt44

Good morning. I'm up and at 'em and ready to tackle this long work day full of meetings.

My plan:

120+ oz. of liquids...one more cup of tea and I'll be there
B: protein latte...yes
S: warm Click...yes
L: 1/2 serving of chicken dijon...yes
D: tilapia and roasted sweet potato chunks...will have in an hour
S; WW key lime pudding...still on the plan

Already did elliptical...will do crunches when I get home...yes to both

Vits and supplements in but calcium...all done now

I just don't move early enough to post until everyone has already eaten what they had planned for the day. :(

B: Wt Control Oatmeal
L: WW Beef stew
Snack Granola bar
D: grilled cheese and low fat chicken nodle soup.
Snack: Click Mocha (Mini snickers and skinny Hazlenut latte) 

Sitting here looking at it, it's not much to eat and not much in fat and calories, but too much carbs for the remainder of everything else.  The good part is, I didn't really crave anything else even when faced with treats at starbucks.
