January Accountability Friday!!!!!!
Good morning!! Brrrrrrrrrrrr!! Not liking this weather at all... I have 2 layers on and I'm still not warm! Seems like I have been told a lot lately that I need some variety in my meal plan! I've had at least 6 people tell me recently that they could journal for me... because I'm so predictable!! So I'm going to do some cooking this weekend and try to change things up a bit, well see what happens. So what's your plan today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

D: tilapia and 2oz sweet potato fries
Snacks: Frozen coconut bar, vanilla wafers

Good morning. It is cold out there. Paige...I bought and tried the Schwan's roasted sweet potato chunks and they are good. 3/4 is 100 calories. That amount was just perfect. I put a little Tony Cachere's on them. I baked them right along side my fish.
I'm cooking 2 kinds of soup to freeze this weekend too. Hearty soup sounds awfully good for lunch or dinner with it so cold.

120+ oz. liquids...got in 140 oz.

D: some kind of soup...beef and barley WW recipe...yum
S: protein something...light yogurt
I'm in a mood for mostly liquids today...maybe because it's cold outside. I have no idea why otherwise. It's been on my mind this week so decided to do it today.Karla
