January Accountabilty Thursday

Good morning!! Have to attend a meeting this morning in my boss's place... HATE going to her meetings!!!  She wouldn't tell me if she was going to be out all day or not so I might have to stay with the after school program...which will make for a 12 hour work day!  So what's your plan today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
B: Believe RTD
L: either Broccoli cheese or baked potato soup (will stop somewhere on the way back to school and get it)
D: tilapia and sweet potato fries
Snacks: Frozen coconut bar, vanilla wafers

Good Morning Paige & TMB,

I had such a good day yesterday, so I'm up following the same blue-print this morning.  On the treadmill, doing an OA Meeting and my daily OH accountability.  I would say, I'm off to a good start...

Today's Plan:
- Prayer & Meditation
- OA Meeting
- Exercise
- Healthy Food Choices / Planned Eating
- Vitamins
- Lots and lots of water
- Play time w/ Ms. Vivian
- Sleep

Good morning...sorry you have such a long day Paige. You'll fit right in at that meeting. You belong there...repeat that 10 times when you get there because it's the truth!

My plan for today:

120+ oz. liquids...not quite done have 20 more to go
B: protein latte...yes
L: last of the homemade chili...only 1/2 cup...didn't want the rest
D: beef/barley/veggie soup from leftover steak...haven't made soup so i had 3 oz. steak and some veggies
S; yogurt,cottage cheese or protein something...dr. says i need more protein..:(...haven't decided on which one yet

Elliptical time already in and vits/supplements downed...took calcium and also did 225 crunches after work

D: Not sure yet
S: Frozen banana slices / 100 snack
