Janauary Accountability Tuesday
Good morning!! It's back to reality today....but after a great weekend I'm ready to tackle this week and get it done!!! So what's your plan today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!
Plan:
Exercise: 3-5 miles on the treadmill (depends on what time I get home tonight)

D: either tilapia or mesquite chicken and a veggie
Snacks: 100 cal swiss miss bar, 100 cal snack pack, yogurt

B: protein latte...done
120+ oz. liquids...112 in and 8 oz. more to go
L: 1/2 c chicken salad (finally finishing it off) & lt. yogurt...done
D: leftover pork chop/sauce and veggie ...done
S: apple crisp if I have enough calories...will probably have a few bites
Exercise: walk/run at park...did 3 miles of walking w/ a little running
already took vits/supplements except calcium...all done
