January Accountability Monday
Good morning! I'm a bit off schedule today as I''m off due to MLK and I'm still out of town. Will be heading home sometime this morning! I hate to see the weekend come to an end as it's been a great one. Truly blessed to have such a wonderful group of friends!!! So what's your plan today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one.
Plan:
Exercise- 3-5 miles on the treadmill
B: Believe RTD
L: Poblano soup
D: Tilapia and half a sweet potato
snacks: 100 cal Swiss Miss bar, and not sure what else....

B: Coffee and cheese.......................ME time at STarbucks !! CHECK !!
Lunch: Amanda and I will be at Grapevine Mills walking about this time. We may sneak in somewhere and eat at one chilis...I'm thinking ...something healthy....steak ish....we will share probably..
Dinner: Don't have a clue. Probably Turkey of somesort....1% cottage cheese..
Celery sticks and ice - whatever I choose. I don't have junk in the house...so I'm safe there ! :)

- Current Weight: 263
- As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain. Not happy about that.
- RNY: 10-16-07 = 338: Highest weight: 350+ Lowest Weight: 199
So I am back again to try one more time for accountability. Lot of stress lately so I need to really concentrate on the choices I make rather than just reaching for whatever is available. Also need to clean off treadmill hubby piled up.

L: Shake of some delicious recipe from Eggface
D: Salmon frozen meal from Joe's
Snacks: Cheese stick and prob cottage cheese or faux rice pudding.
Off for MLK day, but plan on beign online working to catch up...

L: chicken salad on sandwich thin w/ swiss cheese and 10 Kellogs crisps
S: skinny cow choc. cone
D: cream of poblano soup
S: oatmeal apple crisp
already did elliptical and arm weights and crunches for the day
took all vits and supplements already
