Good morning!!! Slept in a little late.... too old to stay up past 1am!!! Hope you all are having a great weekend! I'm having a blast on my girls weekend... we are thinking today might be a jammie and movie day!!! So what are your plans today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Rainy day here.... and I could really stay in my pajamas, all day. After all, I've already got a new movie in my DVD. It's a good drama, too, so you know those are my favoites.
Today's Plan:
- Prayer & Meditation (lots of it, dealing w/ some serious situational stress)
- Vitamins
- Draw up /Sign/ & post up on my vanity - exercise contract for myself (seriously need to re-commit)
- Healthy Food Choices
- Lots of water
- Rest and prep for the work week - not "off" tomorrow

120 oz. liquids (I do this in lieu of SNACKS...much lower calories)
L: lean ham,cheese, lf chicken salad...no bread or crackers
D: beef tenderloin grilled steak and roasted veggies
S: skinny cow 100 calorie bar or yogurt or lf cottage cheese
Already did elliptical and 200 crunches
Took my vits and supplements except calcium already
120 oz. liquids (I do this in lieu of SNACKS...much lower calories)
