where are all my peeps?????????????

Yes it is a yucky day, but where are all my peeps!! So lonely at Central Market by myself this morning! Thank goodness Ms Le showed up and we had a one on one support group! So great to get a chance to know her better!! Miss you guys, I guess I am going to have to bug yall for days before we meet next so no one can say "I forgot"!!!!

I wi**** weren't on the other side of East... I just don't seem to be able to function and get there that early.....when I have my peep time I am committed to at my $4 every Saturday.. but I do try... and I'll try to be a little more 'aware'... but it takes ALL day when I go... I have to SHOP!!

I'm sorry Meggie! Bryan was home 2 days this week with a bad cold and so he was feeling tired still and then I just started coming down with it Friday. I didn't think I should pass it on to someone else. And it was dreary for sure. But I would have loved to see your bright face!

I know Gina was planning on coming but then her boys got sick, Liz had to work, and Que hurt her back. So it wasn't that they forgot. We'll do better next time!

Hope everyone is feeling better today! January and February are such rough months for people that I want to remind people how important support group is. I do appreciate germs being kept at home !! LOL !!! Actually Jan and Feb have the highest rates of depression and suicide due to the come down from Christmas, the bad weather, less sun and for some the pressure of Valentines day!

It is also a time when the newnes and excitement of those resolutions start to wear off. With that said...If you are well do your best to get to your support groups, make it a priority in your life!! It IS that important!
