Good morning!!!  I am out of town this weekend for a girls weekend so I have no idea what my plan is going to be!!!!   But wanted to make sure you all had a place to post today! So what's your plan?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!!

Safe travels Paige!  Looks yucky outside, hopefully it will clear up by noon!  Nothing definite planned.  Electrician is coming out to look at the patio to see what all we want done so he can start that project....so EXCITED!  Might get out and look at some outdoor ceiling fans & outdoor lighting.

B: Just got my Click in so thinking about mixing it with my Max Protein Vanilla (protein shake)
S: yogurt
L: In the mood for eggs/bacon (might have to switch breakfast and lunch)
S: apple
D: steak and veggies

Morning.  I am in town for a girls weekend...they all ended up at my house.  Whohoo!  We are headed to Louisiana for the day to see Cajungirl Dana.  I don't have a total plan, but here's what I know I'll do.

B: Protein Coffee
L: McDonalds sf vanilla iced coffee in Orange, TX
D: Blane's gumbo
plus lots of liquids.

Does jaw-flapping count for exercise?
