Not a good plan but alot is up in the air as I might be going out town this afternoon.

Good Morning everyone !
I don't have much of a plan but here is what is on my mind:
B - Atkins shake..........having problem with something either stuck or heartburn....after taking meds last night.............grrrrrrrrrrrr this just hurts.......doesn't "burn"
Lunch: turkey & cheese ?
Snack: Banana
Dinner: Not sure.
I am making good choices when choosing so I really feel good about things. Don't know if the biotch in the box will cooperate on Monday morning or not.....but I know that if it doesn't - I can kick her in the butt.
