Good morning... looks like I might have some plans for the weekend with friends!!!!!  So excited!  What's your plan for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Not a good plan but alot is up in the air as I might be going out town this afternoon.

Good morning.  I think I have plans with friends now too...whohoo!

B: protein coffee
120+ oz. liquids
L: chili w/ cheese
D: chicken salad, cheese, crackers, ham
S: yogurt or cottage cheese most likely

Already did Elliptical for 20 minutes and 150 crunches.

Took my vits and supplements other than calcium.

Good Morning everyone !

I don't have much of a plan but here is what is on my mind:


B  -  Atkins shake..........having problem with something either stuck or heartburn....after taking meds last night.............grrrrrrrrrrrr    this just hurts.......doesn't "burn"

Lunch:    turkey & cheese ? 

Snack:   Banana

Dinner:   Not sure. 

 

I am making good choices when choosing so I really feel good about things.  Don't know if the biotch in the box will cooperate on Monday morning or not.....but I know that if it doesn't -  I can kick her in the butt.
