January Accountability Wednesday
Good morning............. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr it's cold!!! And it sounds like it's going to get worse before it gets better. YUCK! So what are your plans for today??? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!
Plan:
B: Believe RTD
S: SF hot apple cider
L: soup (not sure what kind yet)
D: fish and veggie
Snacks: yogurt and 100 cal snack

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
Here's my plan for Wednesday.
B: protein coffee...yes
120+ oz. liquids...almost there
L: homemade chili + cheddar cheese...yes
D: boiled shrimp and salad...in a bit
S: yogurt or cottage cheese and maybe some fruit...probably yogurt
Took my vits/supplements other than calcium already...all done
Did 25 minutes on the Elliptical already...plan on sit ups when I get home from work....yes

It is SO cold.
Scale looks good this morning so I'm sicking to my basic plan today, as well.

- Lots and Lots of Water
- Healthy food choices/Planned eating
- Keep Food Log
- Stay warm....
