Good morning!! This is going to be one of those weeks where I just want to stay in bed!!! I don't like being cold!!!! What's everyone's plan for today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

My plan:
B: protein coffee...Yes
120+ oz decaf coffee,water, chicken broth & hot tea...yes
L: chef salad w/ ff dressing...Yes
D: chili and some cheese...yes
S: yogurt or cottage cheese and some prunes...yes plus 2 small melba toast and 2 tsp. pralinutta

Yes, the cold weather doesn't make it easy to get up and head out to work. Wish I could stay snug in bed, under my down comforter.
Anyhow....I need to remember that routine is good for me, I guess. The scale looks much better today. Just need to stay on track and stick to the basics.
