Good morning!!! It's Monday already... how time flies!!! Sure wish I could just snuggle under my blankets a while longer this morning!!! What's your plan for today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

It's Monday, it's cold and I'm wishing I could stay home too......
Maybe I'm a little depressed. I got on the scale this morning and I'm 3lbs over goal. What!?! OH NO, I DON'T THINK SO.... This is not going to happen. I'm on a mission...this morning. I'm logging every bite this this entire week.
