January Accountability Sunday
Good morning!!! Wow... the weekend just goes by too fast!!!! Had a great day yesterday with the Mainstayers support group and then lunch with a friend. Today I'm suppose to take the kids roller skating but it's looking like a nice day to just stay home!!!!! What's your plan for today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Exercise: either the treadmill or roller skating
B: Believe RTD
L: 3 nachos left over from yesterday
D: Tilapia and half a baked potato
Snacks: 100 cal Swiss miss bar, greek yogurt
