January Accountability Sunday

Good morning!!! Wow... the weekend just goes by too fast!!!!  Had a great day yesterday with the Mainstayers support group and then lunch with a friend.  Today I'm suppose to take the kids roller skating but it's looking like a nice day to just stay home!!!!!   What's your plan for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Plan: 
Exercise:   either the treadmill or roller skating
B: Believe RTD
L: 3 nachos left over from yesterday
D: Tilapia and half a baked potato
Snacks: 100 cal Swiss miss bar, greek yogurt

Good morning Paige!  No plan for today other than washing clothes/bed sheets.

B: sipping on a protein shake
S: scrambled eggs w/ cheese
L: chicken salad
S: activia vanilla cereal yogurt
D: haven't thought that far in advance, but will probably make hubs take me out since he's been hunting all wknd.
