DFW Area (Seasons 52)
Those of you in DFW, I was wondering if you have tried this place.

I love it! Everything on the menu is 475 calories or less and they focus on natural local foods. They do not use butter or oil at all.
The best part is the portions. The portions are not HUGE, but they are big enough for an average non-WLS patient to enjoy.
Yesterday, I got the chipotle glazed shrimp (appetizer) as my meal: 190 calories. I ate it all (there were 4 large shrimp) Plus, we had some edamame. (Total calorie count 300)
Last time I got the Prawn pasta and had to bring some home. So, it's nice to be able to go somewhere when you don't have the luxury of splitting and not have to take home leftovers. Shrimp does not reheat well.
Anywho, just my thoughts. It's at the Shops at Legacy.
