Looks like we are in for a snowy day! Everyone stay warm and safe!!

I have a feeling my afternoon plans will be cancelled!. Mom invited me to the Boars Head celebration at UCC. Have never been so looking forward to it!! We shall see.

Going to bundle up and head to walmart for microwave for work, puff pastry and sf pie filling to make turnovers, micro popcorn etc...

Mae it a great say or fake it!! I am going to make it!!

Good morning Meggie.  You better get out early and get back home so you don't get caught out and about in the weather!

I'm heading to church and SS in a bit and will hit Lowe's for a couple of things and plan on staying at home after that.  I have a few chores to do at home, and then plan on doing nothing.

I plan on hitting the elliptical at some point this afternoon.

Have a great day!

Despite the weather - must have "crack in a cup"! (<<< me to get a fix)  Had super good day at work yesterday so the coffee is a reward to myself. Otherwise me and the fur child are sheltering in place.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Yep, I'm late for my 'crack in a cup'... I probably have missed my friends!!  Hope they left the paper.

Remember Meg - it's 42 miles ONE WAY to my nearest "crack shack"!  That is why I only get it once, okay maybe twice, a week.  I have access to a lower level source of "crack" but I prefer the real deal.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Right now, we are having a HEAT wave (NOT)...this morning it was 20 when I woke up...it is now 26!!!

I have already gotten my legal 'crack in a cup'...I got out real early this morning.  I have laundry going...I so need to get this caught up before tax season is in full gear!!!  Next on the agenda...you know whose SF Pecan Pie...dont bite me Liz or Meggie, but I am in my Suzy Homemaker mode, and while it is there, I need my sweet tooth satisfied.  Last night I cooked a Pork Loin in the crock pot using Don's Mom recipe...oh, so easy.

I have some client work that I need to get going on...corporate year end, and working on my parent's tax return.  I am so hoping that we really do get some of this snow...that way I can get all of this stuff done, and rest tomorrow.

Pour one 16 oz bottle of Coke...yes 'real' Coke into a Crock Pot low heat.  Mix in one package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix.  Place meat (Pork Loin, Beef Ribs, Roast, could probably do chicken, we just never have).  Cook a good 8-12 hours.  Delish !!!  Even though a package of Pork Loin can come several in a package, we only do one at a time, which is plenty of food for us for several days.

Bryan marinades his roast in DR Pepper and then cooks it in a bit more. It works well.
