Good morning!!!  Yea it's the weekend!!!!  I've been trying really hard to get back into the groove but it's been hard!!!!  How is everyone else doing this week??  What's your plan for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!!

Plan:  gym 3-5 miles on the treadmill
B: Starbucks
L: ????
D: Tilapia
Snacks: 100 cal Swiss Miss Bar, BBQ rice crisps

nanana alnur toast w/butter
ham & swiss sammie on 1/2 a roll
pringles
protein drink
fart bar
crudite and ranch
dinner free bbq at red hot and blues (have a coupon)
sf turnover or sf icecream bar

Sooo....glad it's the weekend.  Out running errands today and scratching things off my To Do list.

- Yard Sales
- Health food choices/ Planned eating
- Exercise
- A movie

Just noticed I never posted on here today.

B: 1/2 chorizo/egg breakfast taco
S: caramel machiato w/ soymilk
L: slice of turkey/cheese
S: yogurt
D: 2 crunchy tacos from Taco Bell
also sipped on about 4 oz of a nasty skinny margarita
 
(5 lbs lost during pre op diet)     5' 3"
